How do I cancel TempoWx Pro?: Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
I changed phones. How do I get Pro back?: Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen.
Where does the weather come from?: METARs, TAFs, PIREPs, G-AIRMETs and SIGMETs come from aviationweather.gov (NOAA). Every value in the app shows its source and age, and stale or missing data is labelled, never filled in.
Can I use TempoWx instead of an official briefing?: No. TempoWx is not an FAA briefing substitute, a dispatch release, or a flight authorization tool. Always obtain an official briefing before flight.
How do I delete my account?: In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your account and everything in it are deleted at once. If you can't sign in, email us from your account's address. See the privacy policy for what is stored and for how long.
